APPLE

Apple might seem expensive, but it’s only trading at 17 times earnings, which isn’t high for a tech company. According to the Wall Street Journal, it will reach a $1 trillion market cap if the stock appreciates another 30%. Given Apple’s history of exceeding expectations, this seems fathomable. Apple has plenty of growth avenues, including the always-reliable iPhone, Apple Watch (expected to be released in April), Apply Pay (750 bank partners and counting), Apple Car (not until 2020 at the earliest, but proves innovative capabilities), Apple TV, the App Stores, and more. Apple’s has generated operational cash flow of $70.76 billion over the past twelve months, and it currently offers a dividend yield of 1.50%. Dividends appear to pay very safe.
